Bloxello Terms of Service

Welcome to Bloxello. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bloxello, including our websites at bloxello.com and bloxello.store, associated storefronts, applications, APIs, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Bloxello is owned and operated by Meta Games LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Oregon, United States ("Meta Games," "Bloxello," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, purchasing products, or operating a storefront, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. About Bloxello

Bloxello is an independent digital marketplace and storefront platform designed for Roblox creators, developers, and communities.

The Service enables eligible users to:

  • Create and manage digital storefronts.
  • Publish, license, and distribute digital products, including scripts, models, plugins, interfaces, development resources, and other creator assets.
  • Purchase digital products using supported payment methods.
  • Connect supported Roblox and Discord accounts.
  • Operate Roblox experiences associated with their Bloxello storefronts.
  • Manage purchases, product entitlements, customer relationships, and integrations.
  • Access optional subscriptions, memberships, and seller tools.

Bloxello provides the infrastructure for these activities but does not generally create, own, endorse, or guarantee products published by independent sellers.

1.1 Independent Platform Disclaimer

Bloxello is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or officially connected to Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., or their respective subsidiaries or affiliates.

Roblox, Robux, Discord, and related names, trademarks, logos, and services belong to their respective owners.

References to third-party products and services are provided solely to describe compatibility, integrations, or functionality.

Use of Bloxello does not establish any relationship between you and Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. beyond any relationship you independently maintain with those companies.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally permitted to use the Service and meet any applicable minimum-age requirements.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

Certain features, including selling products, receiving payouts, or accepting payments, may require additional age, identity, or eligibility verification by Bloxello or its payment providers.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current account information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your authentication credentials.
  • Use only accounts and integrations you own or are authorized to access.
  • Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account access.
  • Comply with applicable laws and third-party platform requirements.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts associated with fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for the products and services they publish, distribute, license, or sell through Bloxello.

By publishing a product, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You own the product or possess sufficient rights and authorization to distribute and license it.
  2. The product does not infringe another person's copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
  3. Your listing accurately describes the product, its functionality, compatibility, limitations, and license.
  4. Your product does not contain malicious, deceptive, or unauthorized functionality.
  5. You have the right to use all included third-party libraries, resources, code, images, and other materials.
  6. Your product and sales practices comply with applicable laws and relevant platform policies.

You may not sell, redistribute, or claim ownership of assets that you do not own or have permission to distribute.

Simply modifying, renaming, repackaging, obfuscating, or reuploading someone else's work does not automatically grant you redistribution rights.

Sellers are responsible for providing reasonable customer support and honoring the product descriptions, licenses, and commitments made to buyers.

Bloxello may request evidence of ownership or distribution rights when investigating complaints.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Publishing stolen, leaked, pirated, or otherwise unauthorized digital assets.
  • Uploading malware, credential stealers, backdoors, ransomware, or malicious scripts.
  • Distributing software designed to compromise accounts, systems, or platform security.
  • Selling products through fraudulent, deceptive, or materially misleading listings.
  • Impersonating other creators, businesses, or platform representatives.
  • Manipulating reviews, transactions, ratings, or marketplace activity.
  • Using stolen payment information or engaging in payment fraud.
  • Circumventing product licenses, payment requirements, or access restrictions.
  • Exploiting security vulnerabilities or interfering with the Service.
  • Using the Service to violate applicable laws or third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempting to evade account suspensions, marketplace restrictions, or enforcement measures.

Security testing of Bloxello systems requires authorization. Good-faith vulnerability reports may be submitted to our support team.

We reserve the right to remove prohibited material, restrict products, suspend accounts, and cooperate with lawful investigations when appropriate.

5. Intellectual Property and Product Ownership

5.1 Seller Ownership

Sellers retain ownership of their original intellectual property.

Publishing a product on Bloxello does not transfer ownership of that product to Meta Games LLC.

By uploading or publishing content, you grant Meta Games LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, process, and distribute that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and maintain the Service.

This license includes displaying product previews, generating download files, delivering purchases, and maintaining necessary backups and transaction records.

The license ends when the content is removed, except to the extent continued processing is necessary for existing customer entitlements, backups, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

5.2 Buyer Licenses

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or intellectual property ownership unless expressly stated by the seller.

Buyers receive the usage rights described in the product's published license and purchase terms.

Unless the applicable license expressly permits otherwise, buyers may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or claim ownership of purchased products.

Sellers must clearly communicate material license restrictions, including commercial-use permissions, redistribution rules, project limitations, and seat limits where applicable.

5.3 Bloxello Intellectual Property

The Bloxello name, branding, website, platform software, APIs, storefront infrastructure, and original platform materials are owned by Meta Games LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit proprietary Bloxello software except as permitted by applicable law or an express license.

6. Purchases and Payments

Bloxello supports digital transactions through available payment integrations.

6.1 USD Purchases

Supported United States dollar transactions are processed using Stripe or other designated payment providers.

Payment information may be collected and processed directly by those providers under their respective terms and privacy policies.

Bloxello does not require users to disclose full payment card details directly to sellers through the marketplace.

Applicable taxes, processing fees, and other charges will be disclosed as required during checkout.

6.2 Robux Purchases

Certain sellers may offer products through Roblox experiences connected to their Bloxello storefronts.

These purchases may use Roblox Developer Products, Game Passes, or other supported Roblox transaction mechanisms.

Robux transactions occur within the Roblox platform and are subject to Roblox's applicable terms, policies, payment rules, and technical limitations.

Bloxello does not issue Robux, operate Roblox's payment infrastructure, or independently control Roblox transaction reversals.

The seller is responsible for correctly configuring their Roblox experience and ensuring that any products sold through it comply with Roblox requirements.

Robux prices, purchase availability, and transaction functionality may change due to Roblox platform decisions.

6.3 Transaction Processing

Bloxello may record purchase confirmations, transaction identifiers, product entitlements, delivery status, and other information necessary to provide the Service.

We may delay or restrict delivery where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorized payments, or security incidents.

Payment processing, seller payouts, refunds, and related financial features may be subject to additional provider requirements.

7. Digital Product Delivery and Entitlements

Digital products may be delivered through downloads, account entitlements, access permissions, license records, or supported third-party integrations.

Sellers must make reasonable efforts to ensure that products are delivered as described.

Product availability may depend on:

  • The seller's continued operation.
  • Third-party platform compatibility.
  • Published license restrictions.
  • Valid purchase and entitlement records.
  • Applicable security and fraud-prevention measures.

Bloxello does not guarantee that a third-party platform will continue supporting a particular script, plugin, asset, or integration.

A seller may not arbitrarily revoke a valid purchase entitlement contrary to the applicable product license or consumer protection law.

Access may be restricted where permitted for fraud, payment reversals, serious license violations, or legal compliance.

8. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes

Digital product refund eligibility depends on the seller's published refund policy, the circumstances of the purchase, applicable payment-provider rules, and mandatory consumer protection laws.

Sellers must not use their refund policies to override rights provided by applicable law.

Buyers may report problems involving:

  • Products that were not delivered.
  • Materially misleading descriptions.
  • Products that materially fail to perform as advertised.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
  • Failure to provide the license or rights promised at purchase.

Bloxello may review available evidence, communicate with relevant parties, and take reasonable marketplace enforcement measures.

We do not guarantee that every dispute will result in a refund or favorable outcome.

Payment disputes and chargebacks may also be handled directly by the relevant payment provider.

Fraudulent chargebacks, fabricated claims, and abuse of dispute procedures are prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory refund or consumer protection rights.

9. Subscriptions and Memberships

Bloxello may offer optional seller subscriptions, buyer memberships, or premium platform features.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, included features, and applicable limitations are disclosed during enrollment.

Where recurring billing is offered:

  • You authorize the disclosed recurring charges.
  • Subscriptions renew according to the billing terms accepted at checkout.
  • You may cancel through the available account or billing-management tools.
  • Cancellation ordinarily prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund an already completed billing period.
  • Any applicable refund rights or cancellation requirements imposed by law remain effective.

We may change subscription prices or features with appropriate notice and any consent required by law.

Features described as experimental, beta, or upcoming are not guaranteed to become permanently available.

10. Roblox Storefront Experiences

Bloxello may provide automatically generated Roblox experience files, templates, scripts, and supporting resources that allow sellers to operate Roblox storefront hubs.

These materials remain the intellectual property of Meta Games LLC or their respective licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.

Sellers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use and publish these materials for operating their authorized Bloxello storefronts.

Unless expressly authorized, sellers may not:

  • Redistribute or sell the generated storefront software as a standalone product.
  • Remove or falsify ownership, licensing, or attribution notices.
  • Repurpose the software to impersonate Bloxello or other services.
  • Use the software to facilitate unauthorized transactions or fraudulent activity.
  • Circumvent security, licensing, or integration mechanisms.

Sellers remain responsible for Roblox experiences published under their Roblox accounts, including moderation, configuration, compliance, and any Roblox enforcement action.

Bloxello does not guarantee approval, availability, or continued operation of seller-published Roblox experiences.

11. Third-Party Integrations

Bloxello may integrate with services including Roblox, Discord, Stripe, and third-party domain, storage, or authentication providers.

These services operate independently and may impose their own terms.

You authorize Bloxello to access and process the information necessary to provide integrations you choose to enable.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, account suspensions, API changes, or service discontinuations outside our reasonable control.

Users must not use Bloxello integrations to bypass third-party platform restrictions.

12. Custom Domains and Storefronts

Eligible sellers may connect custom domains to their Bloxello storefronts.

Unless expressly included in a separate purchase, Bloxello does not provide domain registration, ownership, or renewal services.

Sellers are responsible for maintaining domain registrations, DNS configurations, and appropriate authorization to use their connected domains.

We may disconnect domains associated with impersonation, phishing, infringement, security threats, or other violations.

13. Webhooks and Developer Integrations

Sellers may configure webhooks and API integrations to receive supported events or automate storefront operations.

You are responsible for securing webhook endpoints, API credentials, and any information received through these integrations.

You may not use Bloxello APIs or webhook functionality to collect information without authorization, compromise third-party systems, or interfere with platform operations.

We may apply reasonable rate limits, authentication requirements, and security restrictions.

API functionality may be modified or discontinued where necessary for security, reliability, or platform maintenance.

14. Copyright Complaints

Bloxello respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

If you believe content available through Bloxello infringes your copyright, contact support@bloxello.com with the subject "Copyright Complaint."

Include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work.
  • A link to the allegedly infringing content.
  • Your contact information.
  • A description of your ownership or authority to act.
  • A good-faith statement explaining why the use is unauthorized.
  • Any additional information required under applicable copyright law.

We may remove or restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a complaint.

Where appropriate, we may terminate accounts associated with repeated infringement.

Knowingly submitting fraudulent or materially false copyright complaints is prohibited.

15. Moderation and Enforcement

Bloxello may investigate reports of prohibited content, fraud, infringement, abuse, or other violations.

Depending on the circumstances, enforcement may include warnings, listing removal, entitlement restrictions, account suspension, or permanent termination.

We may preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary for investigations, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Enforcement decisions may be based on available evidence and the need to protect users and platform integrity.

Users may contact support to request review of an enforcement decision.

We are not obligated to host or distribute any particular seller's content indefinitely.

16. Service Availability and Changes

We work to maintain reliable access to Bloxello but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Service may experience maintenance, outages, technical errors, security incidents, or third-party disruptions.

We may modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue features for operational, security, legal, or business reasons.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of material changes that adversely affect users.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bloxello is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Seller products are error-free or suitable for every purpose.
  • Third-party integrations will remain functional.
  • Roblox or Discord will continue supporting particular features.
  • The Service will be continuously available or free from technical issues.
  • Every seller listing or representation will be accurate.

Sellers are independently responsible for their product representations and obligations.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be disclaimed.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meta Games LLC and its officers, employees, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

This includes, where legally permissible, lost profits, business interruption, lost data, third-party platform enforcement, or disputes between marketplace participants.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid directly to Meta Games LLC for Bloxello services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meta Games LLC from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Meta Games LLC for its own unlawful conduct or negligence where prohibited by law.

20. Termination

You may stop using Bloxello and request account closure through available account tools or support.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, security threats, fraud, legal requirements, or material risks to the Service.

Termination does not automatically cancel previously completed transactions, eliminate outstanding payment obligations, or extinguish existing third-party intellectual property rights.

Certain records may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, liability, disputes, and other terms that reasonably require continued effect survive termination.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and mandatory jurisdictional requirements, disputes arising from these Terms will be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in Oregon.

Nothing in these Terms removes legal rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices, legal requirements, or security policies.

The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a permanent waiver of our right to enforce it later.
